At Makarla, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. All unworn merchandise, excluding special orders or clearance items, may be returned within fifteen (15) days after receiving the order, shipping charges are not eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return.

Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials and are one of a kind. Therefore, the colors, materials, sizes and finishes may slightly differ from the pictures and information on the site. * Due to their size and weight, our  $4.00 Flat Rate Shipping doesn't apply to placemats or handbags.

All orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS. You will also receive tracking confirmation via email.

Please keep in mind that we are shipping some orders from Colombia, and they will take longer to arrive.

Special orders or orders that are not available in stock will ship within 4 to 5 weeks. Some delays may occur due to material scarcity.

If we can't produce an order, we will notify you within 72 hours and issue a refund.
